mbs waste separation systems are designed, delivered, installed on site worldwide and put into operation for the separation of domestic, commercial and industrial waste. Waste is sorted so that it is ready for recycling, for the landfill, or for waste incineration. Due to the mbs modular design, waste separation systems are of flexible use and can be adjusted to any required capacity.
Thanks to the successful mbs modular system, every waste separation system can be used flexibly. mbs produces waste separation systems for local communities, private investors, industry and commerce. Waste separation systems in mbs modular design are used worldwide. The trash is delivered to the "entry area" where it is dumped on belt conveyors by shovel dozers and roughly sorted by means of sorting machines with infrared sensors. Sometimes, screening drums are used for the rough sorting. The fine sorting is performed manually in waste sorting booths. For that, the workers use chutes or containers in which they sort recyclable waste like glass, paper, plastic trash, compost and the non-recyclable waste to be landfilled or incinerated. mbs waste separation systems are made out of mild steel and are so-called dry waste separation systems which means that the waste is sorted without the addition of water.
mbs waste separation systems are designed and manufactured as standard components or according to individual customer needs. The core of the mbs waste separation system is the conveyor belt. Depending on the capacity requirements for the waste to be sorted, the belt is delivered in different lengths and widths. Due to the mbs modular system, conveyor belts can be "connected in series" as often as required. A use-dependent waste sorting line is formed. The mbs waste separation system is completed by sorting booths, which are connected to the waste sorting line. They can be extended as often as required.
The stress of competition forces companies to produce economically and rationally. A higher level of automation demands more and more programmable logic controllers (PLC). mbs builds customized automation systems in connection with material flow controls, weigh and data technologies. The advantage of PLC is the automation with a relatively small amount of cabling and a low error rate. Productivity, flexibility and efficiency with only a few contactors (heavy duty relay) specify the controller. The system is completed by modifications and extensions of functions (without mechanical intervention) as well as by communication with other devices via analog, digital and serial interfaces. With programmable logic controllers, processes can be monitored and operated via a PC.
Apart from local communities, in particular private investors, who provide waste separation services for communities all over the world.
Sorted waste is provided for further use e.g. in form of pressed bales (paper, cardboard, foils). Upon completion of the fine sorting process, recyclable glass will be put in containers.
Upon customer request, mbs will transport waste sorting systems by sea or by land. In case of export orders, mbs will take care of any and all export and customs formalities.
mbs offers a special financing plan (conducted by the primary bank of mbs) for its customers. In addition, information about financial subvention programs will be provided or included in the financing plan.
Thanks to the mbs modular system, already existing customer waste separation systems can be extended, adjusted or updated as many times as required. That also includes a technical and/or technological upgrade of already existing systems.
mbs delivers system components with a waste sorting capacity of up to 30 tons per hour maximum. If a higher capacity is required, a second (third, fourth) waste sorting system is connected.
Dimensions of an mbs waste separation system: approx. 80 meters long, 20 meters wide and 10 meters high. A foundation and roofing (hall) are required for the installation of a waste separation system.
With the waste separation system in "special sizes", mbs offers a novelty and thus clearly stands out against the competition: mbs specializes in customer-specific special requests in line with the motto "We will make it happen".
All mbs systems are customer and user friendly. mbs waste separation systems are computer-operated and their processes are monitored. They can also be operated manually. Besides those two options, a semiautomatic microprocessor control can be selected. In particular due to the ever increasing demand for process documentation within the framework of quality assurance, there is a strong trend towards fully automated computer controls.
Maintaining mbs systems is a piece of cake. The waste separation systems are manufactured with standard products of German brand producers and are built in a way that ensures the immediate and worldwide availability of replacement parts.
A nation-wide waste sorting concept is currently being developed in Turkey. For this concept, mbs Maschinenbau Sörgel (contracted by a private investor) is currently building the first waste sorting systems. Further mbs waste separation systems can be found in Italy or Spain.
Due to the environmental aspect as well as increasing prices for raw and recyclable materials, waste separation is a global topic and also "the" business model of the future. The advantages of mbs waste separation systems lie in the modular design, which allows for any required short-term adjustments to the capacity level. The attributes "affordable and of high quality" are characteristic for mbs waste sorting systems and waste separation systems.
