The mbs filling technology is a cascaded system and engineered in modular design. After the weighing and dosing process, the material is taken from the silos connected to the filling system by means of some feeding mechanism (pumps, pipes, tubes) and filled into appropriate containers. Further mbs modules may include the locking of packs with caps (optional lid push-in fastener), pack labeling and palletizing. Due to the modular design of mbs systems, each filling system can be upgraded frequently and thus cost-efficiently.
The packed/filled product can be stored on space-saving pallets. In order to do so, mbs offers a fully automated palletizing system with a pallet dispenser. This pallet dispenser can hold up to 18 pallets, which ensures a highly flexible and fully automated palletizing process. The mbs palletizing technology is used during simultaneous palletizing of oval and round-conical packs (e.g. pails) of different sizes as well as cans, bags, etc. In addition, the mbs palletizing system offers the option to palletize from two (or more) production lines to two (or more) palletizing areas.
The mbs module for the careful and safe destacking of plastic and metal packs impresses with a high destacking rate, easy handling and high flexibility. That way, the customer's production costs can be minimized. A cost-efficient alternative is only one pack carousel and only one destacking magazine.
