dry mixing systems are compact systems that are engineered after the successful mbs modular design. Their fields of operation are in the construction sector as well as in the commercial and food industry. Besides indoor and outdoor silos, in which the respective components are stored individually and kept dry, the mbs dry mixing systems comprises belt conveyors, weigh belt conveyors and screw conveyors. The mixing process can either be fully automated or manual. The combination automated-manual is also an option. Exclusive materials, like for example glass in plaster components, can also be mixed. The finished, dry mixture will be bagged and delivered to the end consumer. mbs dry mixing systems are built on a foundation and can be assembled outdoors or indoors.

functional principle of the mbs mixing system

By means of a computer-controlled formula management, accurately measured doses of diverse components (e.g. lime, cement, chemicals) are taken from silos and transported to the weigh station via a screw conveyor (with short conveying path) or by means of well-tested pneumatics. The final mixing process is initiated once all components have reached the scale. The final product is then temporarily stored in a buffer container. From there, the product is filled into bags, other packs, or loaded onto a truck, etc. Due to the modular design of mbs systems, each mixing system can be upgraded frequently and thus cost-efficiently.

The mixing systems are produced with standard products of German brand manufacturers and are built in a way that ensures the immediate and worldwide availability of replacement parts. In addition, the software is monitored via modem and telephone line for remote maintenance (remote connection). That way, in case of malfunctions, the problem can be identified from Neukirch, Germany, no matter where the system is located. mbs thus offers their customers the best possible service.

transport

mbs dry mixing systems are transported worldwide either by sea or by land. Upon customer request, mbs Maschinenbau Sörgel will take care of the transport which, of course, includes the handling of any formalities involved.

mbs offers a special financing plan (conducted by the primary bank of mbs) for its customers. mbs will be happy to provide information about possible financial subsidies or include them in the financing plan.

projects

An mbs dry mixing system for use in the construction industry is currently being built in Abu Dhabi. The dimensions of the system are 50 meters in length, 20 meters in width and 17 meters in height. The system will be put into operation in December of 2008.
